What does the activity include?  

Where does the experience take place?

Champneys Henlow Grange: Welcome drink (usually a refreshing juice drink), Massage (25 mins), Facial (25 mins) and a Thalassotherapy Pool Session (25 mins), a buffet lunch and full use of the spa facilities and classes.

Champneys Springs: Welcome drink (usually a refreshing juice drink), Massage (25 mins), Facial (25 mins) and a Thalassotherapy Pool Session (25 mins), a buffet lunch and full use of the spa facilities and classes.

Champneys Forest Mere: Welcome drink (usually a refreshing juice drink), Massage (25 mins), Facial (25 mins) and a Thalassotherapy Pool Session (25 mins), a buffet lunch and full use of the spa facilities and classes.

Rowhill Grange: Serenity Massage (55 mins), Utopia Spa Foot Ritual (25 mins), 2 course lunch and full use of the spa facilities.

Amida Spas: Massage (20 mins), Facial (60 mins), Manicure (30 mins) and Pedicure (30 mins), a light lunch (soup or sandwich) and full use of the leisure facilities.

Aquilla Health & Fitness: Facial (30 mins), Manicure (40 mins), Swedish Massage (20 mins), Eyebrow shape (15 mins), 2 course carvery lunch, and full day use of facilities.

 What should I wear?
Bring swimwear, exercise wear and shoes suitable to be worn indoors (e.g. slippers). Items such as towels and robes may be provided depending on the spa. Please check at the time of booking.
 

Are there any restrictions?                 Minimum age 18 years old.
Minimum age 16 years old at Whittlebury Hall, Amida Spas, Aquilla Health & Fitness and Moddershall Oaks.
Most spas have a non smoking policy.
